1. Who we are

These terms apply to tours and services booked with Morocco Sahara Excursions, part of Nomalor Travel, Av 23 MHD, Marrakech, Morocco. You can reach us by email at moroccanexcursion@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +212 673 555 408.

2. Bookings

Sending a request through our website, by email or on WhatsApp does not create a booking. Your booking is confirmed once we have received the 20% deposit and sent you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros. Small-group tours are priced per person. Private tours are priced per group: €200 per day for the vehicle and driver, plus €45 per person per night for accommodation. Children pay 5% less than the adult price.

What is included and not included is listed on each tour page and repeated in your booking confirmation.

4. Payment

A deposit of 20% of the total price confirms your booking. The remaining balance is paid as stated in your booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation by you

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, and we refund your deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, or do not show up at the agreed pickup, the deposit is not refunded.

Please tell us about a cancellation in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

6. Changes and cancellation by us

Weather (for example wind conditions for balloon flights, or sandstorms), road closures or safety reasons may mean we have to change or cancel part of a tour. When this happens, we offer you another date or an equivalent alternative. If no alternative suits you, we refund in full the amounts you have paid.

7. Your responsibilities

• Travel with a valid passport and any documents required for your stay in Morocco.
• Be ready on time at the agreed pickup point.
• Tell us in advance about any health conditions, reduced mobility or dietary needs, so we can plan around them.
• Respect local customs, the people you meet and the places you visit.

8. Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and activities such as camel rides and hot-air balloon flights.

9. Liability

We organise every trip with care. We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure), such as extreme weather, natural events, strikes or decisions by the authorities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Complaints

If something is not right, please tell your driver or contact us during the trip, so we can fix it straight away. You can also write to us at moroccanexcursion@gmail.com within 30 days of the end of your trip.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
